Donald Wayne Peters was born Friday, July 9, 1948 to Melvin and Wilma Peters. He passed away at the age of 77 on Wednesday, May 6, 2026. He married Freddie Brunner and together they raised four children, Richard, Shawn, Adam, and Julie. He served in Vietnam as an Army sergeant and paratrooper for the 173rd Airborne and worked for Boeing Aircraft for 30 years. 

The family will receive visitors at Baker Funeral Home, Valley Center from 4 to 6 pm on Friday, May 15.  A private burial will follow at a later date. Condolences may be left for the family at www.bakerfhvc.com
