David Brian Taylor, age 63, devoted father, brother, and uncle, went to be with Jesus on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, in Wichita, Kansas.  He was born Tuesday, September 18, 1962, in Wichita. He was the middle child of seven children of the late Ben and Ruth Taylor on Sullivan Road, Wichita, Kansas.

He lived his entire life on Sullivan Road, buying his house just down the road from his parents home.

David was employed at his father's business, Ben Taylor's Trash Services, then at Sunflower Beef, DPM, Excel Beef and then at Worthington Enterprises in Maize, KS, formally "The Coleman Company" for the past 36 years. David and his brother Jimmy Taylor, have worked alongside of each other as coworkers, all their lives at each one of these companies.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his son Zachary S. Taylor, daughter Kathyrn "Kitty" Taylor, his brother Stevie Taylor and the family dog, Twinkie.

David is remembered lovingly by his devoted family: his daughters Ariel Cornelison and Olivia Taylor, his sisters Sharon Hedrick, Wanda (James) Sparks, brothers Jimmy (Aurora) Taylor, Benny Joe Taylor, and Terry Taylor, and many other family and friends.

Among the warm memories shared by his family, are family vacations, going out to breakfast or cooking together on weekend mornings. They remember him outside tinkering at his work bench, always on the move and doing or making something at his workbench. The family remembers him sitting at home with the family dog "Twinkie" always at his side.

David will be greatly missed, but he will be remembered for always being kind,helpful and always loving his family immensely.

Visitation will be 10-11am, Saturday, March 21, 2026 with the Funeral Service 11:00 am, at LifePoint Church, 400 S. Abilene, Valley Center, Kansas.
