David Lynn Heard Jr.,  66, passed away on Saturday, June 29th, 2024 in Wichita Kansas. He was born in Oceanside, California and was lifelong resident in Wichita, Kansas. He attended Southeast High School, Wichita and Butler County Community College, El Dorado.

He is preceded in death by his father, David Heard Sr., his mother Connie (Herbst) Heard, sister Kim Luce, and brother Greg Heard. David is survived by his wife Stephanie Heard; daughter Samantha Cheek (Troy) and children Trey and Sadie; daughter Harlee Heard and child Maxx; his sister Stephanie Heard; many nieces and nephews.
