Darren James Ebling, 33, of Lindsborg, passed away Monday, March 28, 2022, at Salina Regional Medical Center.  He was born on October 3, 1988, in Salina, KS, to Kent and Caren Ebling.

He was a 2007 graduate of SVHS and received fire and EMS training from Hutchinson Community College and Advanced-EMS training from Butler Community College.

Darren worked in the Emergency Services as a Fireman and Advanced EMT with the Lindsborg Fire and EMS, Life Touch EMS, McPherson EMS, Reno County EMS, Hutchinson Community College – Lab Instructor, and the safety crew at Salina Speedway.

Darren was preceded in death by his father Kent and is survived by his mother, Caren, siblings, Jennifer & Kurtis, Lindsborg, and grandmother, Donna Elvin, Marquette.

Visitation will be on Friday, April 8, 6-8pm, at the Lindsborg Covenant Church, 102 W. Washington. A celebration of Darren's life will be held on Saturday, April 9, at 1:30 pm at the Lindsborg Covenant Church.

Memorials may be designated to the Lindsborg Covenant Church or the Lindsborg Fire Dept.
