Cynthia A. Powell "Bama", 1945-2020, on November 10, 2020 went forth to meet her Lord and Savior in the comfort of her home. She was a faithful servant through all life's adversities. She was known for her sweet demeanor and smile that touched everyone's heart.

Predeceased by her parents W.A. "Pete" and Annell Spoonts. Survived by her children Dana Leeper and Keri Beckham and husband Dustin, grandchildren Aaron Fant, Ashley Fant, Alexxis Heimerman, Jordan Andrrson and Sarah Leeper; great-grandchildren  Trevor Fant, Kenzie Covarrubias, and Kevin Fant.

She was born in Dallas and raised throughout Texas with a strong foundation of family, including running home from school to have lunch with Bibby while watching As the World Turns.  She went to Wichita Falls High School making many lifelong friends. She was a Junior Forum Debutante her senior year and then pursued college in Oklahoma where she married and had two daughters. Aside from raising children she formed many friendships throughout several jobs, the last one being North Texas Rehab Center. Many memories were made with children, grandchildren and great grandchildren including "the Flamingo". She will be greatly missed by many people.
