Cynthia R. Bonus passed away Wednesday, May 14th, 2025. She was born on Monday, July 29th, 1957, in Wichita, Kansas, to E. Daniel Robertson and Melba Maxine (Smith) Robertson.

Cindy was a kind and loving woman who fought long and hard this last month and a half fighting cancer. She was deeply loved by so many friends and family.

In 1993, Cindy expanded her family of 3 to a family of 4 when she married the love of her life, Michael R. Bonus. Cindy is survived by her 2 children, Stephanie Keener and Jon Johnson (Amanda); Five grandchildren, Brianna Barnes (Shae), Breonna Blochlinger (Justin), Nicholas Johnson, Symon Keener, and Elijah Barnes. Four great grandchildren, AdaLynn Blochlinger, Blayden Blochlinger, Erabella Blochlinger, Karson Blochlinger, and many other family members.

Cindy was Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Michael R. Bonus, her parents E. Daniel Robertson and Melba Maxine (Smith) Robertson, her sister Sherilyn (Robertson) Adams, and her brother Richard (Joe) Robertson.

Visitation will be held 5-7 p.m., Thursday, May 22, at Baker Funeral Home Valley Center, 100 S. Cedar.  Service will be held Friday, May 23, at Kechi United Methodist Church, 4533 E. 61st St. N., Kechi, Kansas.  Graveside following at the Kechi Township Cemetery, 6523 N. Hillside, Wichita, Kansas.
