Taylor, Clyde Raymond, 84, retired Controlaire / Taylor heating and cooling, passed away Thursday, January 30, 2014. He was born in Strang, Oklahoma to Claude Taylor and Clara B. (Hardesty) Taylor. He was a graduate of Stella, Missouri High School and received his Associate Degree at Wichita State University. Clyde is survived by his wife Jane Taylor; sons Gary Taylor and his wife Deby of Valley Center and Steve Taylor and his wife Sheryl of Wichita; grandchildren, Jennifer (Jayson) Cinotto, Janell (Neal) Owings, Julia (Joel) Atherton, Holly Taylor, Austin Taylor and Kevin Beck; great grandchildren, Kirsten, Nic & Roman Cinotto, Lindsey, Alexis & Melia Owings, Taylor Atherton and
Cooper Siegfried; sister Barbara Ann Hill of Missouri; many other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Claude and Clara Taylor, brothers Clifford Taylor and Clinton Taylor, sisters Alma Roller, Hazel Littlefield, Margie Steinbach and Ruth Steinbach. Visitation 5:00 - 7:00 p.m., Thursday, February 6 and Services will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 7, both held at Baker Funeral Home, 100 S. Cedar, Valley Center, Kansas. Burial will follow the service at the Kechi Township Cemetery, 6523 N. Hillside, Wichita, Kansas. Memorials may be designated to Good Shepherd Hospice, 439 N. McLean Blvd, Wichita, Ks 67203.
