WICHITA, KANSAS

CLIFFORD  VANCE  GUMM , 70, loving husband, father, brother, uncle and friend, passed away on Sunday, May 13, 2018. He was born in Finney County, Kansas to Richard Vance Gumm and Betty Ann (Ferguson) Gumm. Cliff worked at Boeing Aircraft for over 30 years as a Manufacturing Engineer, working on the Boeing DCAC program at the end of his career. He enjoyed bowling, traveling, firewords, gambling, and watching NHRA drag racing, NFL football and Westerns. His greatest enjoyment was being with his family. He is survived by his wife Connie, son Chris Gumm (Marianne Wilson Gumm), daughter Angie Gumm, sister Shelly Keimig; many brothers and sisters-in-law,  nieces and nephews. Clifford was preceded in death by parents Richard and Betty Gumm, brothers Steve and Kenneth.  Rosary 6:00 pm, Wednesday, May 16 and Mass 10 am, Thursday, May 17, both held at Christ the King Catholic Church, 4411 W. Maple, Wichita. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated in his memory to Kansas Make-a-Wish Foundation (1144 St. Francis N, Wichita, Ks 67214), Christ the King Catholic School (4500 W.
