Cleo P. Shook, 74, retired U.S. Postal Service mail handler passed away on Monday, October 13, 2014. He was born in Newkirk, Oklahoma, to Phillip John Shook and Laura Blanche (Lines) Shook. He was a U.S. Air Force 20 year Veteran. He is survived by his wife Sherry Shook; children, Cindy (Robert) Longacre of Derby, Tina (Gavin) Anspaugh of Valley Center, Karen Curlee and Phillip Shook of TN; 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren sister Rowena Varble of Andover and Sharon (Tom) Voorhis of Arkansas City; brother Dwain Shook of Arkansas City; many other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandson Remington Fischer, parents Phillip and Laura, brother Charles Shook and sister Karen Shook. Services will be held 10:00 a.m., Friday, October 17, at Baker Funeral Home, 100 S. Cedar, Valley Center. Burial following the service at the Kechi Township Cemetery, 6523 N.
