Fultz, Charlie Eugene Sr., 64, retired Amoco Oil Truck Driver passed away on Saturday, November 1, 2014. He was born in Pratt, Kansas to Charlie Fultz and Lealia "Maxine" (Richey) Fultz. He is survived by his wife Diana Fultz; sons Charlie Fultz Jr. and Duane Fultz, all of Valley Center; grandchildren Taylor (David) Peckham and Justin Fultz; great grandchild Slade Peckham; brother Roy Wallis of Wichita; uncle Jerry Richey and aunt Phyliss Bough. He is preceded in death by his parents Maxine and Bud Wallis and brother Glane Wallis. Visitation with the family will be held 5-7 p.m., Friday, November 7, at Baker Funeral Home Chapel, 100 S.
