Charles E. Mercer's Obituary
CHARLES EUGENE MERCER
, 59, was born in Wichita, Kansas to Carl and Freda Mercer. He was a 1976 graduate of Valley Center High School. He served his country in the United States Army. Charles is survived by his daughters Deborah and Daniella; parents Freda and Bill Smith; brother Gary Mercer; many other family and friends.
Services will be held 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at Baker Funeral Home Valley Center. Condolences may be left for the family at www.bakerfhvc.com.
