Hunsinger, Charles Stephen Sr., 84, retired Teacher, Coach and Farmer passed away on Monday, November 11, 2014. He was born in Lawrence, Kansas to Guy Charles Hunsinger and Velma Irene (White) Hunsinger. He was a graduate of Lawrence High School. After graduation he went into the service. He was a Veteran of the U. S. Marine Corps and Korean War. He was a graduate of Emporia State University receiving his Master's degree. Charles taught Business and was a Coach for Valley Center High School and West High School in Wichita. He also was a rural Valley Center Farmer. Charles is survived by his wife Carol Hunsinger, sons Tom Hunsinger of London, England, Terry Hunsinger and his wife Lisa of Wichita. He is preceded in death by his infant son Stephen Hunsinger, his parents Guy and Velma Hunsinger, brother Don Hunsinger and sister Virginia Peare.

Service will be held at 10:30 a.m., with visitation before on Monday, November 17 at the First United Methodist Church, 560 N. Park, Valley Center. Graveside 2:00 p.m. at the Valley View Cemetery, 2597 28th Ave., Roxbury, Kansas. Memorials, in lieu of flowers, may be designated to the American Heart Association, 8630 E. 32 ^nd N., Wichita, Ks 67226.
