Zachary, Charlene (Loeschner), 74, retired FAA secretary, passed away Sunday, November 20, 2011. She was born in Helena, Arkansas to Charles Loeschner and Ruth Carrie (Howard) Loeschner. She is survived by her daughter Cheryl Nelson of Wichita; grandchildren, Heather Nelson and Holly Nelson; brothers, Marshall Loeschner of Snowlake, AR, and Ronnie Loeschner of W. Helens, AR; sisters, Peggy Shear of Searcy, AR, Linda Danley of Elaine, AR. She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles Loeschner and Ruth Dail. Visitation 5-7 pm, Monday, Nov. 28, Baker Funeral Home, Valley Center. Services 1:15 pm, Tuesday, Nov. 29, Lifepoint Church, Valley Center. Burial following the service at Lakeview Cemetery, Wichita.
