CATHERINE   'CATHY'  SCHIFFIANO, 64, Was born on March 1, 1953, and passed away on Friday, October 20, 2017 in Wichita, Kansas. Service at Crosswinds Community Church, 208 N. Georgie Ave, Derby, at 2 p.m, Friday, Oct. 27. Having spent a life helping children and families as a foster parent and counselor, she has left a legacy of love in many parts of the country. Cathy is preceded in death by her beloved husband Bill Schiffiano and father Jack Fleet. She is survived by her mother Burta Fleet; son Billy (Kelly) Schiffiano; grandchildren, Vincent, Joseph, Michael, Thomas, James and Margaret; sister Carla Davis and brother Mark (Debbie) Fleet; many nieces, nephew, other family and friends.
