CAROLYN VIRGINIA (STAFFORD) PAPPS, 70, retired Learjet Aircraft fabricator, passed away Thursday, October 22, 2015. She was born in Newark, Arkansas to Kenneth Kimberlan Stafford and Alcie Idella (Duger) Stafford. In Miami, Oklahoma on March 24, 1962, she married the love of her life Larry J. Papps. Carolyn is survived by her husband Larry; children Martin (Michelle) of Towanda, Gary (Cheryl) of Maize, Larry (Janice) of Valley Center; 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren; sister Kimberly Arebalo of Wichita; brothers Bernell Stafford of Wichita and Bernard Stafford of Argonia; many other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her son Mitchell Papps, brother Thomas Stafford and parents.

Visitation 5-7 p.m., Monday, October 26 at Baker Funeral Home Valley Center. Service 10 a.m., Tuesday, October 27 at First Christian Church, 1801 E. 5th, Valley Center.
