Obituary

Carl Robert Duffman, 63, of Moundridge, KS passed away at his residence in Moundridge on January 6, 2024 due to complications of his cancer.  He was born on October 29, 1960 in Fort Dix, NJ, son of James Nicholas Duffman & Norma Jean (Harshfield) Duffman.

He was a resident of multiple cities throughout his life, but upon the last years of his life found the most comfort in Moundridge, KS where he lived with his wife, Tracy Duffman.  He attended multiple schools growing up, due to his father being in the Air Force, but was a proud graduate of Grandview Highschool, Class of 1978, in Grandview, MO.

After graduation he found himself in multiple career paths but never found the one that he loved, until later in life when he became a Truck driver.  He drove a big rig for the better part of 16 years until he was medically retired due to lung cancer.  He was a proud and faithful member of West Zion Mennonite Church, in Moundridge, KS where he served as a deacon and attended weekly services.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Duffman & Norma Duffman, brother Keith Duffman, Sister in law Nina Duffman, Una Thibodeau, Betty Boese, Shirley Brown, Diana Kuhn, Daughter Vanessa Baldwin & nephew Scott Duffman.

He is survived by his spouse Tracy K. (Dillman) Duffman, brothers: Jerry Duffman & James Duffman, sisters: Denise (Duffman) Benavides & Elizabeth (Duffman) Griddine, children : Trianna (White) Cowden & Husband Keith Cowden, Nicole Duffman, Phillip Duffman & Wife Jessica (Foster) Duffman, Grandchildren: Adrian Carson, Dominique Woods, Gabriel Cervantes, Maleya White, Mason Jones, Myles Dillman, Malikai Wooley, Maverick Duffman, Sonny Duffman, Tara Senft, Tracy Sanders & Delaney Cowden & 13 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at West Zion Mennonite Church located at 101 Washington Ave. Moundridge, KS 67107 on Thursday, January 18, 2024 @ 11:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be designated in his memory to West Zion Mennonite Church located at 101 Washington Ave. Moundridge, KS 67107.
