WICHITA - Corrigan, Brian Earl Jr. 93, loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather, and uncle, died December 2, 2018.  Immediate family memorial. Early in life Brian served in WWII in the Merchant Marines and the Army, was in the car business in Wichita, and raced dirt track hot rods in Wichita and Hutchinson. He then began a distinguished career as an Investment Banker at Stockyards National Bank, owner of The Brian E. Corrigan Company, co-owner of Davidson Vink Sadler, and VP of Cooper Malone McClain. A lifelong fisherman, he enjoyed fishing with friends and family in Kansas, Colorado, The Ozarks, Baja California, and Canada. An avid golfer, he enjoyed the sport into his 80's. Brian obtained a pilot's license, owned a Big Cheese Pizza franchise, was active in Boy Scouts, loved barbecue, and was the first non-Greek to be named "Delta Man" by his daughter's WSU Delta Delta Delta Sorority. He was preceded in death by his parents, Brian Corrigan Sr and Geraldine Flannigan, his wife of 65 years Mary Ann Corrigan; brother, Robert Corrigan; sisters, Geraldine Hungerford, Jean Heineman, and Michaelene Mooney. He is survived by his daughter, Sherri Corrigan of Wichita, his son, Brian Corrigan III (Debi) of Wichita, and daughter, Kimberly Corrigan-Shokri (Jahan) of Wichita; granddaughter, Sehar Van Dyke (Tai), grandson, Christian Corrigan, granddaughters, Shelby Harding (Colton) and Zoe Corrigan, great-grandson Raidon Harding, and great-granddaughter Tessa Van Dyke, and many nieces and nephews. Brian was a loving and kind man, a friend to all, and will be greatly missed. Memorial contributions in his name may be made to Kansas Humane Society, 3313 N. Hillside, Wichita, Ks 67219.
