Brenda Sue Baker-Williams , 61, of Valley Center, Kansas, passed away on January 1, 2017, surrounded by her loved ones at home. Brenda was born on April 15, 1955 in Manhattan Kansas. She raised her family in Killeen, TX where she worked as a Walmart Associate for over 35 years and retired from there in 2009. Not long after retirement she moved to Valley Center, Kansas to be closer to family. Brenda loved life and loved being with her family. She also had a love for her dogs. Her dogs, Twink and Lil' Bit miss her already. Preceding her in death was her beloved husband Myron Williams and mother Geraldine Baker. She is survived by her son Devane Williams of Lawrence, KS; son and spouse James and Nancy Davis of Valley Center, Kansas; grandchildren, Shanedra, Ta'ra, Brandon, and Joshua Davis; great-grandchildren, Isaiah, Gabriel, and Julian Jefferson; brother and spouse Karl and Wandean Rivers; her sisters and their spouses, Karen and Chuck Crawford, and Carmen and Alvin Reid.
