Taylor, Birdie Lorene (Fitzgerald), 91, retired bookkeeper, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away Friday, October 21, 2011. She was born in Vanndale, Arkansas, to Horace Mann Fitzgerald and Edna Laura (Jolly) Fitzgerald, who precede her. She is also preceded by her husband, Herschel Homer Taylor. She is survived by her children, Carolyn (Gerald) DeBacker of Cocoa Beach, FL, Marilyn Sowell of Wichita, Sarah (David) Gochenour of Wichita, Herschel (Laura) Taylor of San Antonio, TX; grandchildren, Walter DeBacker, James DeBacker, David DeBacker, Andrew DeBacker, John DeBacker, Steven De Backer and Charles DeBacker, Matthew Sowell, Paul Sowell, Dale Sowell, David Gochenour, Christine Lockaby, Rebecca Melton, Aaron Taylor and Jason Taylor.
