Lane, Billy Trumble, 89, retired Union 171 pipefitter, passed away on Monday, March 5, 2012. He was born in Franklin, Kansas to Oral T. and Anna (Klier) Lane. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Frances; daughters, Debra (Clyde) Cowan of Oark, AR and Karen (Steve) Thome of Caldwell; 8 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; brothers, Jack (Ruth) Lane of Pittsburg, Lyman (Virginia) Lane of SC, Charles (Helen) Lane of Rose Hill; sisters, Shirley Sybert of Pittsburg and Joann Biancarelli of Cherokee, KS; many other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Rose Marie Lane, his parents and brother, Carl Lane. Services 10 a.m., Thursday, March 8, at the Ark Church, 5501 N. Maize Rd, Maize.
