BILLIE FAYE (CLOWER) TEDFORD, 86, passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2016. She was born in Albany, Georgia to Howard and Liska (Armstrong) Clower. She worked most of her life as a waitress, never meeting a stranger. She enjoyed meeting people, reading or watching old westerns, loved crocheting, and gardening with various flowers and spices. Billie is survived by her daughters Joan Zimmer and Sheila (Gary) Price of Wichita; grandchildren Gary (Tracy) Price Jr of McPherson, Scott (Christie) Zimmer of Norman, Okla., Christopher (Cathy) Price and Shawny (Rob) Montgomery of Cheney; 16 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren; sister Joyce (Edward) Becker of Pennsylvania; many nieces, nephews, other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother and 2 sisters. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, September 23, 2:00 p.m. at Baker Funeral Home Valley Center.
