BILLIE MAE (DIXON) FREDERICK, 92, passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2016. She was born in Ponca City, Oklahoma to Chester Thomas Dixon and Bertha Ethel (Wheat) Dixon. She is survived by her daughters, Shirley Mitchell of Wichita, Carol Lorenson of Valley Center, Kathy (John) Wilson of Wichita, Betty Harmon of Valley Center and Marcia Andersen of Wichita; 13 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren; many other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Newton Frederick, parents, sisters Leola Kinder, Phyllis Consiglio and infant brother Buddy Dixon, and son-in-law Steven Lorenson.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, September 24, 1:00 p.m. at Pleasant Valley Methodist Church, 1600 W. 27th St. N., Wichita. Private graveside at Valley Center Memorial Cemetery, Valley Center, Kansas. Memorials may be designated in her memory to Valley Center Public Library Building Funds, 321 W.
