Victory, Beulah Irene (Hourrigan), 93, beloved grandmother, retired hairdresser, passed away Tuesday, November 19, 2013. She was born at home on the farm in rural Langdon, Reno County, Kansas to James Timothy Hourrigan and Myrtle Goldie (Reeves) Hourrigan. After graduation she attended Cosmetology School and became a hair dresser. She married Fred A. Victory, who preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by her daughter Diana Lynn Powers, parents James T. and Myrtle Hourrigan, brothers Patrick and James Hourrigan. Beulah is survived by her granddaughter Brenna Wright; grandson Colin Powers; great granddaughter Phoebe Wright; other family and friends. Services will be held 1:00 p.m., Monday, November 26 at Turon Cemetery, Turon, Kansas. Baker Funeral Home, 100 S. Cedar, Valley Center, Kansas has charge.
