BEULAH MARIE (CARTER) RADER,
90, passed away on August 2, 2017. She was born in Valley Center, Kansas to Elzava Carter and Mabel (Fanning) Carter. She was a graduate of Valley Center High School. She continued in her Mother's footsteps, retiring from the Valley Center USD 262 Food Service, preparing and cooking at the schools. She loved her sports, but most of all her family. Beulah is survived by her children, Mike Rader of Wichita, Tom (Scottie) Rader of Clemmons, North Carolina and Denise Lockhart of Wichita; grandchildren, Byron (Julie) Rader, Dirk (Dyan) Rader, Rachel Avila, Gabriel (Tara) Avila, and Laura (Mike) Garlow; 12 great grandchildren; siblings, Rogene, Bonnie, Mary, Karen and Robert; many other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Billy D. Rader, parents Elzava and Mabel Carter, siblings: Bill Carter, Jim Carter, Betty Kennedy, Flo Ann Davis and Larry Carter.
Visitation
5-7 p.m., Friday, August 11 at Baker Funeral Home Valley Center Chapel.
Graveside
Service 10 a.m., Saturday, August 12, 2017 at Kechi Township Cemetery, 6523 N. Hillside, Wichita.
