BETTY  LORENE  (MASON)  PULLIAM, 76, passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2018. She was born at home in Grenola, Kansas to Jean Deward Mason and Stella Laverne (Douglas) Mason. After Grenola, Kansas the family moved to the Wichita, Kansas area where she attended school and graduated from Derby High School. After graduation she went on to Business College. Many years she worked as a Nurse's Aide, CNA and CMA in Home Health Care and Nursing Homes. She always enjoyed helping others and ministering to their needs, which extended not only at her job, but at church and home. She loved going to every single activity for her grandkids, and they loved having their 'Naw' there. She highlighted in going fun places with them. Betty married first, James McArthur Bunton and her second husband of 25 years, Benjamin Harrison Pulliam. They both preceded her in death. She is also preceded by her son James 'Walter' Bunton, her parents, sister Barbara Blocher, nephew Steven Kruse and niece Brenda Davis. Betty is survived by her children Kila Hamwi of Wichita, Douglas Bunton and Bradley Bunton of Park City; grandchildren, Chelsea Hamwi, Alex Hamwi, Aleah Hamwi, Elizabeth Bunton, Courtney Massony, Mason Bunton, Collin Bunton and Evan Collins; her brothers Bill (Frances) Mason of Sterling, Colorado and James (Cindy) Mason of Benton, Kansas; sister-in-law Dolline (Charles) Kruse of Hepler, Kansas; nieces and nephews, Michelle (Stanley) Schwartz, Michael (Kathy) Mason, Andrea (John) Boyd, Sean Mason Richard (Carol) Kruse and Susie (Donny) Peak; many great nieces and great nephews, other family and friends. Memorials may be designated to the American Diabetes Association, 608 W. Douglas Ave, Wichita, Ks 67203 and the RiverCross Hospice, 251 S. Whittier, Wichita, Ks 67207. Visitation 5-7 p.m., Thursday, February 1; and Service 10 a.m., Friday, February 2, both held at the Park City Baptist Church, 1301 E. 61 ^st N., Park City.
