BETTY  CORINNE  (BINNS)  JEFFRIES , 85, passed away April 12, 2016, surrounded by her family. Betty worked with her husband Raymond at Country Clubs in Newton and Winfield.  She also was especially proud of her time working at the State Hospital in Winfield. She is survived by her sons Johnny G. Rice (Connie), Stanwood, WA, Randall E. Rice (Susan), North Newton, KS and Steven L. Rice (Joyce), Winfield, KS, 13 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren, sister, Joan Ellen Wimp, Oswego, KS, brothers, Clifford (Pete) Binns and Martin (Sandy) Binns, Scott City, KS. She is preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Jeffries, parents Samuel Lee Binns and Inez Evelyn (Needels) Binns, 2 brothers, 1 sister and her beloved dog Chloe.
