BURRTON, KANSAS
BETTY M. (ELLIOTT) BENJAMIN
, 72, was born June 15, 1945 in Anthony Kansas to Leonard Elton Elliott and Marie Frances (Smith) Elliott. She passed away on Monday, March 5, 2018 at her home in Burrton, Kansas surrounded by her family. Betty retired from Hertzler Clinic in Halstead, Kansas. She was an avid seamstress and enjoyed making quilts and painting crafts. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and hosting many family get togethers. Betty was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years Ronald L. Benjamin, son-in-law Kent Hudson, father Leonard Elliott, mother Marie Elliott, sisters Claira Fae, Billie Ray and Marsha Patton. Betty is survived by her children Tammie Quiring (Boyde) of Halstead, KS, Billy Lemon (Tamara) of Winfield, KS, Raylene Benjamin-Hudson of Kingman KS, Jeff Benjamin (Melissa) of Houston TX; grandchildren Donnie (Lauren), Brandon (Mallorie), Samuel, Hannah, Emma, Gabrielle, McKia, Madison, Olivia and Savannah; great-grandchildren Mackenzie, Taylor, Devin, Noah, Britton and Brooklyn; many nieces and nephews. Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 16th, at her home in Burrton, Kansas. Condolences may be left for the family at www.bakerfhvc.com
