BARBARA JEAN (CONYAC) BRASSFIELD, passed away on Friday, July 22, 2016.  She was born in Wichita, Kansas to Hubert Daniel and Bertha Marie (Kerr) Conyac. She was a graduate of South High School, Wichita. Barbara was a retired USD 259 employee. She is survived by her siblings – Gloria Ryker, Kaylene St. Peter, Shirley Unruh, Claudia White, Donna Berney, Hugh Conyac, Cynthia Brown and Richard Conyac. She's also survived by her daughter Heather Wolfe and her ex-husband Robert J. Brassfield; many other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her infant son Timothy Gene Brassfield, her parents Hubert and Bertha Conyac.  A Celebration of life ceremony will be held 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, September 10, at Park Villa Community Center at North Riverside Park, Wichita. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated in her memory to Kansas Humane Society, 3313 N. Hillside, Wichita, Kansas 67219.  Baker Funeral Home Valley Center is handling arrangements.
