Bowman, Barbara Ann (Bailey), 82, beloved mom, grandma, sister and aunt, passed away Sunday, April 21, 2013. She was born in Glen Elder, Kansas to Hoke Smith Bailey and Cora Mae (Staley) Bailey. She is survived by her children, Teddie (Kayla) Winters of Sedgwick, Tommie (Brenda) Winters of Leona, Todd (Trudi) Winters of Bentley and Thad Cody Winters of Bentley; grandchildren, Justin (Megan) Winters, Travis (Judi) Winters, Tana (Johnny) Koteck, Rebecca (Ryan) Vaughan, Dustin (Alisha) Winters and Ryann Winters; great grandchildren, Jace Winters, Jade Winters, Kristina Koteck, Nevaeh Koteck, Tatum Vaughan, Rayden Vaughan and Grace Winters; sister, Bonnie Clayton of Oklahoma; many other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Teddie Winters, Sr., infant daughter, Tana Marie Winters, parents, Hoke and Cora Bailey.
