Arthur J Capps Jr. passed away on September 6th, 2025, in Wichita, Kansas.  He was born in Shelby, North Carolina, to his mother, Deonna Bussart, and his father, Arthur J Capps Sr. He was a lifelong resident of Wichita, KS.

Arthur worked for All Surface Painting and Refinishing which he started in 2013, where he worked for many years. His work ethic was out of this world. He took great pride in the work he did.  He enjoyed many things such as fishing, going on motorcycle trips with his wife, and also taking the RV camping with his family.

He was preceded by his father, Arthur J Capps Sr.

Arthur is survived by his wife Victoria Capps; children Zachery Capps, Mariah Tomlinson, Sunny Capps, Autumn Cole, Stormie Gorka; grandkids Myaa Brooks, Zachery Capps Jr, Gabriella Capps, Nicholas Capps, Gatlin Cole, Remiengtyn Cole, Aeroknox Cole, Reisin Cole, Troy Capps, Melody Capps, Lillian Capps, Nicolas Capps, Theodore Capps, Rowyn Gorka, Ryddick Gorka, Rhyker Gorka; his mother Deonna Bussart,  and his brothers Joseph Bussart, Scott Seagraves.

Celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 28th at Lake Afton Park, Goddard, Kansas, from 2-6 pm
