Anna Ellen (Barber Spires) Haley , 84, of Valley Center, Kansas, passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 2018. She was born in Wichita, Kansas to Harold Barber and Helen Floy (Spires) Barber. She married Robert G. Haley on July 18, 1952 in Newkirk, Oklahoma. Together they owned and operated the Haley Ranch in rural Valley Center where they raised their family. She is survived by her children Debra Haley of Durant, Oklahoma, Frank (Donna) Haley of El Dorado, Robert (Cindy) Haley of Valley Center; grandsons, Dalton Haley and Ethan Haley. Anna was an accomplished and an award winning painter. A member of the Wichita Art Association. She, also, loved and enjoyed being a member of the Bowling League where she won a trip to Lake Tahoe. She supported her children in all their accomplishments and enjoyed her moments with her grandsons. Memorials may be designated in her memory to the Kansas Humane Society, 3313 N. Hillside, Wichita, Kansas 67219. Visitation 5-7 p.m., Tuesday, April 3, at Baker Funeral Home Valley Center. Service 11 a.m., Wednesday, at Kechi Township Cemetery, 6523 N. Hillside, Wichita.
