Ann Theresa Sholes, was born to Peter and Theresa (Golec) Wildowsky in Norwich, Connecticut where she was raised. She fell in love to her high school sweetheart, Donald Francis Sholes. They both graduated from Norwich Free Academy.  Ann and Donald were married on September 14, 1963. They resided in Norwich were they raised their family, and were lifetime residents until Donald's passing. Ann then moved to Denton, Texas where she met her friend Allen Schlegel, then moved to Wichita, Kansas when he moved to be close to his family until his passing.  Ann then moved to Halstead, Kansas where she was fondly looked after by Rhonda Loucks and her family.

Ann is survived by her daughter Debra A. Sholes of Norwich, Connecticut and her fiance Michael K Hollis, twins, daughter Wendy (Sholes) Cederholm of Texas and son Donald F. Sholes Jr. of Griswold CT, grandchildren Donald Johnson, Rachel Sholes, Samantha Sholes, Casey Sholes and Josh Sholes, and the friends she has made down through the years.  She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Donald and grandson William Johnson.

Private Family Services where she will be laid to rest beside her husband at the Maplewood Cemetery, Norwich, Connecticut.
