Obituary

PARK CITY, KANSAS
ALICE  IRENE  (SNOOK)  FISHER , 85, beloved wife, mom, grandma, sister, aunt and friend, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, September 10, 2018. She was born in Howard, Kansas to Ray Edward Snook and Lily Irene (Harlan) Snook. She was a graduate of East High School in Wichita, Kansas. On February 18, 1950 at Sunnyside Church, Wichita, Kansas. Alice was a wonderful homemaker, and also worked at Allen Elementary as a Para Professional for the Hearing Impaired. She was a shining example of Christ's love and lived her life with unwavering faith –never missing an opportunity to witness and share the word of her Lord and Savior. Alice is survived by her husband of 68 years, John; her children Maxine (William) Adsit, Brent (Tonya) Fisher; 6 grandchildren Will (Katy) Adsit, Angela (TJ) Myers, John Isaac Fisher, Isaiah Fisher, Anna Fisher, Israel Fisher; great grandchildren Caden Myers, Macamey Myers, Alasdair Adsit, Aoife Adsit and Fiona Adsit; sister Sharon Snook; nieces Vicki (Dr. Lamont) Bloom and Kathy (Shane) Higgenbottom; many other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her dad Ray Snook, her mom Lily Spear, brother Wayne Snook and sister Genevieve Terrel.
Memorials may be designated in her memory to the Riverlawn Christian Church, 4243 N. Meridian, Wichita, Kansas 67204. Service 11:00 a.m., Friday, Riverlawn Christian Church, 4243 N. Meridian, Wichita, with visitation before. Condolences may be left for the family at www.bakerfhvc.com
