Dawson, Alan Kent, 58, retired Central Plains Steel Truck Driver, beloved brother, uncle and friend, passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2013. He was born in Wichita, Kansas to Howard B. Dawson and Elzena Ruth (Sanders) Dawson. He is survived by his brothers, Howard (Marti) Dawson of Ocean Side, CA, Darrell "Duane" (Diann) Dawson of Park City, KS, Kevin (Joann) Dawson of Salem, IL, and sister, Diana Foote of El Dorado, KS; many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Howard and Ruth Dawson, and niece Jennifer Rose Dawson. Services 9:00 am, Wednesday, May 29, Greenwood Cemetery (Oatville), 6231 W. 47th St. S., Wichita, KS. Memorials may be designated to the Union Rescue Mission, 2800 N. Hillside, Wichita, Ks 67219. Baker Funeral Home, Valley Center. Condolences may be left for the family at www.bakerfhvc.com
